School Fundraising Cards

A practical overview for school communities considering printed discount cards, local business offers, and a clear plan for sharing a fundraiser.

Plan around the school community

Schools and parent groups can use a printed discount card to organize offers from nearby businesses in one place. Before starting, choose who will coordinate the campaign, what the funds are intended to support, and how families will receive clear information about participation.

Invite businesses and review each offer

The organization can invite local businesses to submit offers through the campaign flow. Review the wording with each business, including limits, dates, and eligible purchases. Only offers approved by the organization should be included in the card design.

Communicate price and distribution

The school or organization should set its own card price and explain how cards will be distributed and how proceeds will be used. The platform supports campaign setup and printed-card production; it does not set school fundraising goals or guarantee a result.

Keep the card useful

Select offers that are relevant to families in the area and make each restriction readable. Confirm that the business is participating before the card is finalized, and give supporters a way to understand the terms before they visit.
