DoAFundraiser guide

For Local Businesses

See how a local business can submit an offer for an organization's printed fundraising card and what to confirm before participating.

Contribute an offer to a local campaign

DoAFundraiser's current campaign flow provides twelve ad positions for local businesses. An organization invites businesses to submit their business details and offer wording. A position is not a paid advertisement in the campaign flow; availability and approval depend on the campaign.

Write terms customers can understand

Describe the offer precisely and list important limits, such as eligible items, dates, or one-use conditions. Confirm the details with the organization before the card is finalized. The business is responsible for honoring the offer the organization approves.

Review artwork before approval

If the campaign asks for artwork, provide only material the business has permission to use. Check that business information and offer text are accurate and legible. The organization reviews submissions and decides whether an offer is included in its card.

Understand what participation does not promise

A card placement does not guarantee customer visits, sales, or a specific level of exposure. The campaign's card is shared according to the organization's own plan, and participation depends on an available position and an approved submission.
