DoAFundraiser guide
Privacy Overview
A plain-language overview of information the DoAFundraiser application processes to support accounts, campaigns, advertiser submissions, payments, and site analytics.
Information processed by the application
Information submitted through the application can include account names and email addresses, organization details, campaign names and descriptions, business contact details, offer terms, and uploaded artwork. The exact information depends on how an organization or advertiser uses the campaign workflow.
How the information is used
The application uses account and campaign information to provide sign-in, campaign management, offer review, card preparation, and related communications. Advertiser contact details are used for submission verification and campaign decisions. First-party analytics record page and campaign events to provide the site's traffic summaries.
Sessions, payments, and uploaded files
A session cookie supports signed-in account access. When an organization checks out, the configured payment provider handles the payment form; the application stores transaction status and provider references used to manage the order. Uploaded campaign artwork is stored by the application's file-storage service.
Optional analytics services
A site administrator may configure third-party analytics or tag-management scripts. When enabled, those services may process browser or visit information under their own terms and privacy notices. This page does not claim that optional third-party services are enabled at all times.
Questions and data requests
For information about a specific campaign, start with the organization running it. For an account or advertiser submission, contact the organization administrator or the business that invited you. This page summarizes the application's current workflow; it does not specify a fixed retention schedule or replace advice about applicable privacy requirements.
